The Cedars Surgery is seeking an experienced Senior Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of the practice, which serves approximately 11,000 patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, financial management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include implementing administrative processes, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with legislation, and enhancing patient experience. The Senior Practice Manager will also be tasked with strategic development, financial oversight, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff and patients.
