The Cedars Surgery has 6 partners and provides primary care services to approximately 11,000 patients. Based out of purpose built premises right on Deal seafront (next to the crazy golf if you know Deal). We sit directly on the seafront, in a town regularly making the tops of lists for places to live, along with day trips to France, fast train into London, and a thriving food scene. The surgery is well established and respected with excellent staff retention.
Job Purpose:
Depending on their experience the Post holder will be responsible for either leading or supporting the leadership, management and administration of the practice. The role requires a strategic leader who can ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient care. This position is pivotal in driving thepractice's success and fostering a positive working environment for all staff.
Key Responsibilities (with the assistance of the management team & partners):
- Operational Management:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience inPracticeManagement.

- Proficiency inpracticemanagement software and Microsoft Office Suite (ideally including use of primary care software-though we can assist in teaching this, currently we use EMIS and will be implementing ANIMA in January 2025).
