The Advanced Clinical Practitioner position at HMP Thorn Cross, Warrington, offers an opportunity to join the Primary Care team, focusing primarily on managing patients with long-term conditions. The role involves spending about 70% of time directly interacting with patients and providing clinical leadership. Candidates will work one shift per week, with available hours from Monday to Friday and limited weekend shifts, and the position offers a competitive salary ranging from £57,603 to £64,471 per annum based on experience.
