We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Thorn Cross, a category D Prison located in Warrington. The prison holds 429 patients. The successful candidate is likely to spend 70% of their time patient facing. The candidate will be predominantly focussing on patients with long term conditions.
Hours - This role is for 1 shift per week!
The site currently offers shifts within the following hours:
Monday to Friday - 7.30am-5.30pm
Weekends & Bank Holidays -7.15am to 12 noon
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary from £57,6to £64,471 per annum - depending on experience. (pro rata for part time)
