The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) at Manor View Practice in Bushey is responsible for delivering high-quality, autonomous patient care, utilizing their expert clinical knowledge to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions. The role minimizes the need for GP referrals, allowing patients to receive timely care through direct interactions, including face-to-face consultations, telephone triage, and home visits. ANPs will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and are tasked with managing patient caseloads, prescribing medication, and coordinating referrals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Key responsibilities include conducting advanced clinical assessments, implementing evidence-based care in alignment with national guidelines, and maintaining thorough patient records. The ANP will also participate in administrative duties and uphold professional standards by ensuring continuous learning and adherence to the Nursing and Midwifery Council's regulations. This position promotes long-term patient relationships and focuses on optimal health outcomes while supporting the overall goals of the practice.
