The role of Sister/Charge Nurse in the Endoscopy Unit at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is a fixed-term position for 30 hours per week, lasting until June 2025. The unit is JAG accredited and offers a range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures involving a three-room setup. The primary responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical services, effectively supporting junior staff, and driving improvements in patient experience, clinical effectiveness, and safety. Candidates should possess Band 5/6 experience in Endoscopy nursing and a solid understanding of JAG accreditation and the JETS training system.
