Candidates should possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, relevant qualifications such as an NVQ3 in business administration, and significant experience in a similar role, including staff supervision. The Personal Assistant will also be tasked with monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing correspondence, facilitating recruitment processes, and maintaining confidential and accurate records.
