Join the Worcestershire Core CAMHS team as a passionate CAMHS CBT Therapist and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people struggling with emotional and mental health challenges. In this collaborative role, you'll play a crucial part in developing an evidence-based CBT pathway that supports families across Worcester, Redditch, and Kidderminster. We are seeking candidates who are either accredited or working towards their accreditation with the BABCP and are excited about person-centred therapy that embraces diversity and compassion.

You’ll be well-supported in this full-time position, with flexibility for part-time applicants (minimum 30 hours per week) and travel costs covered by the Trust. Work alongside a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team, managing a diverse caseload and crafting creative solutions to improve outcomes.
