Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker for their facility, Cygnet Glyn House, in Stoke on Trent. The role involves working 40 hours a week, providing specialized care to individuals aged 18 and over who have autism, learning disabilities, and complex behavioral needs. Key responsibilities include supporting the management team, ensuring effective duty allocation, providing both physical and emotional support to service users, and maintaining a safe environment.
