The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic and experienced receptionists for the full-time Band 2 QE Outpatient Receptionist role in the QE Outpatient Department. The position involves operating busy reception desks where the successful candidates will handle a high volume of patient appointments and inquiries using the hospital's electronic systems.
