The role of Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist in the Barnet North Team at 306 North London NHS Foundation Trust involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with complex mental health needs within a multi-disciplinary community team. The post holder will share responsibilities with another consultant, assess new patients, supervise team assessments, and ensure evidence-based, recovery-focused practices are adhered to. Responsibilities also include clinical leadership, compliance with the Mental Health Act, and participation in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
