The Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Senior Locally Employed Doctor with an Interest in Pain Medicine to enhance their pre-operative assessment and peri-operative medicine services at Trafford General Hospital. This role involves collaboration with consultant anaesthetists in both theatre and intensive care units, providing on-call anaesthetic services, and the opportunity to manage solo theatre lists based on the candidate's experience. The position encompasses participation in dedicated pre-operative assessment services across various surgical specialties, including vascular and gynae oncology, as well as engagement in ortho-geriatrician liaison ward rounds.

The successful applicant will join a robust medical team comprising over 100 consultants and 35 trainees at the Oxford Road Campus.
