As a Health Visitor with NHS Professionals Limited, you'll have the opportunity to work flexible bank shifts across various client trusts in England, contributing to community health services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and monitoring the health conditions of patients, including children and families.
  • Managing emergency situations and recognizing when to escalate issues.
  • Delivering the Healthy Child Programme and creating focused care plans.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supporting families with behavioral management and parenting skills, adhering to UNICEF UK Baby Friendly Initiative standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Health Visitor role within the past three years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing professional development.
