HCRG Care Group is seeking a part-time Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their Reablement Team in Bath. The position involves working with patients in their homes or care facilities to enhance their independence through rehabilitation. Candidates should have a degree in Physiotherapy, be a registered practitioner with HCPC, and possess a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle. The role requires the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of physical and psychological conditions while managing a personal caseload and providing supervision to junior staff.
