The Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Team Leader for their Neurology department at HRI in Cottingham. The role involves leading and motivating clinical administration teams to support clinical colleagues and stakeholders in providing exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include overseeing outpatient and inpatient departments, managing performance targets, analyzing performance data, and promoting continuous service improvements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a keen understanding of the NHS environment.

Candidates should be passionate about their work, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and demonstrate strong organisational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role.....

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader within Neurology HRI.

Our Team Leaders lead and motivate our clinical administration teams in supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the very best care for our patients.

You will support the Hub 3 Neurology Team with their work whilst supporting & motivating the team.

You will required to work at HRI.

You will oversee the outpatient, inpatient and secretarial departments within Neurosurgery, adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements.

You'll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.

As an advocate for the clinical administration service, you will be a visible role model promoting the work and achievements of our teams.

Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
