Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a qualified Paediatric Deputy Ward Leader/Sister to join their dedicated children's nursing team on the Nightingale Children's ward. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care of allocated children and will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery. Applicants should be qualified Staff Nurses with an RSCN/RN Child or RN designation, possess significant post-registration experience in an acute healthcare setting, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

The role requires the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and may offer future rotational opportunities. Strong experience in working with children and families in an acute healthcare context is essential, alongside the capacity to coordinate and oversee care effectively.
