Pennine Care NHS FT is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician for the Estates Operations Department in Ashton-Under-Lyne. The role involves delivering a comprehensive multi-skilled maintenance service across various buildings within the Trust's five Boroughs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures. The technician will provide both general maintenance and specialized engineering services to support wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment.

The position includes a Recruitment and Retention Payment (RRP) of £3,277, participation in an on-call rota for additional compensation, and opportunities for overtime. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with our Estates Operations Department, we are seeking Multi-Skilled Technicians to work within Estates, delivering maintenance services across the five Boroughs of the Trust.

The post holder will provide a basic multi-skilled maintenance service across all building trades as required, together with a comprehensive specialist and engineering service to all wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment, ensuring compliance with Trust's safety standards and procedures.

Please note this role includes a RRP payment (£3277) and participation in the on call rota (additional payment), overtime is also available
