The Medical Systems Co-ordinator position at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust involves playing a critical role in the training and maintenance of medical rosters using the Allocate Healthroster system. The key responsibilities include coordinating roster production aligned with junior doctor rotational timelines, engaging with clinical rota coordinators, and ensuring compliance with contractual rules. The post holder will also be responsible for reviewing roster quality, managing leave and sickness updates, facilitating doctor swaps, and generating various reports for both internal and external use.

Additionally, the role requires providing training to clinical and non-clinical staff, maintaining accurate data in the roster system, managing system admin logins, and supporting the implementation of Electronic Medical Rostering throughout the trust. The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues independently and assist the Medical Systems Project Manager and Team Leader, while ensuring adherence to data protection protocols and effectively supporting other team members. Previous experience in rostering, RLDatix modules, or medical staffing is essential for applicants.
