The London Clinic is seeking a Patient Support Manager for their outpatient and imaging services, located at their Head Office in the City of London. This role involves managing a multi-functional team of receptionists and administrators, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient experiences during hospital appointments. The Patient Support Manager will oversee appointment processing for consultations, diagnostics, and therapies while striving for continuous improvement in service access and efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing performance indicators, managing departmental budgets, motivating staff, and fostering relationships with consultants and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
