The Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Patient Pathway Admin Clerk for their Outpatient Department in Luton, working 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm). The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the efficient management of the outpatient booking process, and adhering to the Trust Access policy. Key responsibilities include maintaining patient confidentiality, handling appointment queries via phone, distributing mail, managing referrals, and liaising with GPs and patients. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a flexible approach to work.
