An exciting opportunity has arisen in Ophthalmology Eye Ward and Eye Day Surgical Unit, we have a vacancy for Full time Band 6 Deputy Clinical Leader post.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and caring registered practitioner who is able to demonstrate a high standard of clinical practice to join this very busy Eye ward / Eye Day Surgical Unit .You must possess excellent leadership qualities , communication skills, and with a willingness to learn.
We are looking for individuals who will enjoy leading and working as part of the multidisciplinary team.
Our staff is our greatest asset and we believe that supporting our workforce to grow, develop and innovate creates a great place to work and enables us to provide excellent care and compassion to our patients. Excellent training opportunities are provided with external and internal development.
