Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and passionate Care & Support Worker for a 42-hour weekly position at Cygnet The Fields, a specialist residential service in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, catering to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You'll be working 42 hours a week, (Days and Nights) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet The Fields.

The Fields is a specialist residential service in Sheffield, South Yorkshire for adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge as well as associated complex needs.
