Practice Plus Group is seeking a full-time Paramedic to join their Primary Care team at HMP Onley, a category C prison in Rugby. The role involves a 37.5-hour work week on a three-week rolling rota, which includes working one weekend in three. Shifts will vary between 07:00 and 19:30, 07:00 and 18:30, and 08:00 and 18:00, with an annual salary of up to £47,466, depending on experience.

As a Paramedic, you will provide evidence-based care to patients with primary and acute needs, focusing on delivering personalized and non-judgmental care while building therapeutic relationships. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established policies and safeguarding practices. As a Paramedic, your responsibilities will vary. You will

Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them - focussing on emergency and unplanned care to patients with both primary care and acute care needs.
Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
Playing an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients care following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.
