The Clinical Support Worker role at Luton and Dunstable Hospital, part of the Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, involves assisting registered nurses and nursing associates in providing high-quality patient care across various specialties. The position requires participants to work flexible shift patterns—including days, nights, and weekends—and includes a comprehensive induction followed by ongoing support to achieve the Care Certificate and engage in development programs such as ACE and BEACH.
