Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Complaints Coordinator to join their Patient Experience and Engagement Team in Yeovil. This role is essential for maintaining high service quality by ensuring that the voices of patients and their families are prioritized in the care provided. The Complaints Coordinator will manage the formal complaints process, engaging compassionately with patients and their supporters and ensuring that complaints are addressed efficiently and in accordance with NHS guidelines.

The position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of complaints, from receipt to resolution, while collaborating with both clinical and non-clinical teams to achieve timely and satisfactory outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Formal Complaints Manager and the Patient Experience and Engagement Data Lead to enhance the patient experience function and support the overall Patient Experience and Engagement Strategy.
