The Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a motivated specialist practitioner for the role of "Bank CAMHS Crisis Hwb Practitioner & Outreach Worker" in Llandrindod Wells. The position is part of the CAMHS crisis, assertive outreach, and home treatment team, focusing on developing a sanctuary Hwb pilot until March 2025. The role involves supporting children, young people, and their families experiencing mental health distress in a community-based environment, aiming to prevent hospital admissions.

Candidates should ideally speak Welsh, although fluency in either Welsh or English is welcomed. The practitioner will work at Crisis Hwb, providing a friendly and safe space for mental health support, contributing to meaningful outcomes for those in crisis.
