The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Team Administrator for their Older Persons Memory Service Team, with a part-time role of 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have substantial administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, managing general office tasks such as typing, filing, data management, and dealing with patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

The successful applicant will assist the Team Managers with daily operational tasks, including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and other clerical duties. The role may also involve audio typing and reception responsibilities when necessary. A proactive attitude and a friendly demeanor are essential, contributing to the high-quality services provided to older adults with mental health difficulties.
