The Older Adult Community Mental Health Service provides high quality specialist community services to older adults with mental health difficulties.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Team Secretary/Administrator within our Older Persons Memory Service Team. The vacancy is 25 hours per week. You will be required to work to a high standard of accuracy, have excellent organisational skills and be able to demonstrate initiative in planning your own workload in a way that supports the Team Managers to manage daily operational tasks and processes.
The successful post holder should have a proactive and friendly attitude and be able to demonstrate substantial administrative experience and be able to meet the main duties of the role.
You must be able to work under your own initiative, possess excellent organisational skills and be experienced in dealing with confidential information.
As part of our team your main duty will be to provide an efficient administration service to teams across the Trust. You will undertake general office duties such as typing, filing, data uploading, record keeping, scanning/photocopying, making appointments, minute taking and incoming /outgoing mail. You will be dealing with both face to face and telephone enquiries from patients and internal/external agencies and will be required to accurately record information on patients medical records whilst maintaining confidentiality. Audio typing may occasionally be required as part of the role.
