The role of Clinical Office Administrator in the Paediatric Emergency Department at St Peter's Hospital involves providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment that caters to children and young people with various medical, surgical, and mental health conditions. The administrator will act as the first point of contact for patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, handling reception duties, managing telephone inquiries, addressing patient complaints, and assisting with patient tracking to ensure compliance with waiting time targets.
