The Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse for the position of Clinical Lead in the Haltemprice Community Mental Health Team, based in Willerby. This permanent role requires an enthusiastic individual with significant mental health experience across various settings. The Clinical Lead will collaborate with the CMHT Leadership Team to enhance service development and participate in community mental health transformation efforts.

Key responsibilities include providing clinical support and advice to a multidisciplinary team (MDT), managing complex cases, and offering supervision to team members. The role focuses on developing clinical pathways, ensuring high-quality care through audits and patient feedback, and addressing challenges within community mental health services. Candidates with or willing to pursue a Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) qualification are preferred.
