The Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 2 Administration Assistant (Apprentice) for their Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team, which operates across Pocklington, Whitby, Scarborough, and Malton. This role involves processing referrals into the Trust's clinical computer system, directing them to the appropriate clinical teams, booking appointments, and managing waiting lists. The SPOC team serves as the primary point of contact for service users and referring health professionals, ensuring efficient coordination of community services.

As an apprentice, the successful candidate will receive support to study for either a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner or a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, based on their experience and capabilities. The position offers a salary at the National Living Wage, with the opportunity for progression to Band 2 upon completing the apprenticeship. The role requires a commitment to providing excellent administrative services within the community healthcare environment, while working a flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, seven days a week.
