The role of a Mental Health Support Worker at Care In Mind in Heaton, Bolton, involves providing vital support to young people facing mental health challenges, including those with emotionally unstable personality disorder and complex trauma. Working full-time (37.5 hours per week), you will assist residents in developing their independence skills through help with daily living activities, education, medication management, and building community relationships. The position requires flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays, as well as strong communication and IT skills for accurate reporting and online care system usage.
