Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 09.00-17.00 (week 1)
Monday, Tuesday 09.00-17.00 (week 2)
This is a critical role within The Lifetime Service. The post holder will be required to manage all aspects of rota coordination, annual leave, and sickness across the service.
Ideally applicants will have experience with coordinating and have a high-level of attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines to ensure that commissioned care packages are covered with correctly trained staff.
To have an awareness of staffing levels within the Continuing Care Team (CCT) and in collaboration with the nursing teams, assist with placement of new recruits within care teams.
Communication with families is a vital part of the role, involving daily communication regarding shift coverage and assisting with rota queries/problems.
