The Patient and Carer Experience Lead position at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust involves spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experiences through effective engagement and feedback mechanisms. The role requires managing the NHS Friends & Family Test, local surveys, and national patient experience assessments, while also improving the quality of patient information resources and ensuring Trust policies are patient-centric. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including patients and healthcare staff, to drive service improvements, particularly for underrepresented groups, and will be responsible for analyzing data to influence service delivery.
