£13.50 to £16 an hour  PERMANENT 

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young girl in Stoke on Trent.

Our service user enjoys playing with sensory toys, listening to music and watching her favourite TV programmes, especially Peppa Pig and Cocomelon. Your role? To meet her personal care needs, undertake regular observations, and tend to her clinical interventions throughout the night, ensuring her comfort and safety, and creating a calm environment.

Pay Rates:

  • £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
  • Approx. £140.00 - £160.00 (per 10-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

  • Part Time Nights
  • 9pm 7am
  • 2-3 shift per week
  • Must be able to work alternate weekends

Essential Experience:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication administration
  • Personal care
  • Moving and handling
