The Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Clinical Systems Manager to join their Digital and IT team in a hybrid role that primarily involves remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Suffolk and Northeast Essex. The position requires leadership in managing a small team and overseeing the delivery of digital primary care services, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and supporting clinical system migrations. Candidates should possess experience with primary care clinical systems like SystmOne and EMIS Web, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills to represent the organisation effectively.

In this role, the Clinical Systems Manager will be responsible for providing specialist support related to clinical systems, managing projects aligned with the ICB's Digital & IT strategy, and developing operating procedures for best practices in clinical system usage. The manager will also collaborate with TrainHub and Digital Transformation Leads to optimize system use in GP practices, and facilitate relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in alignment with strategic objectives.
