The NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care is seeking an Urgent and Emergency Care Lead for the Oldham locality, aimed at candidates with a solid background in health and social care commissioning. This pivotal role involves managing the performance and operational aspects of Urgent and Emergency Care services while driving significant service improvements in collaboration with clinical leads and external agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of financial and operational performance, building strong relationships with local healthcare providers, and engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including patients and community groups, to enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities of the position include project management of various service improvements, maintaining communication with diverse stakeholders, and developing project plans that align with the locality's strategic objectives. The UEC Lead will be expected to navigate complex data to inform decision-making, support integrated service delivery, and oversee the development of service specifications and contracts with providers.
