Castle Gate Medical Practice in Monmouth is seeking a motivated and committed Practice Nurse to join their friendly team. The role primarily involves treatment room duties and chronic disease management, which can be conducted via telephone or in person. While experience in treatment room tasks and respiratory chronic disease management is desirable, it is not essential. The successful candidate will also engage in multidisciplinary education and may oversee other chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.

The practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients, and the new nurse will work alongside an existing team of Practice Nurses, HCAs, and Phlebotomists with the support of GPs and management. The position offers a negotiable salary based on experience, 6 weeks of annual leave (pro-rata), and opportunities for continued professional development.
