This is an exciting opportunity within the NENC Integrated Care Board for a Permanent, Band 4, Business Support Administrator role within the Strategy and Transformation Directorate in either Pemberton House, existing base location if already employed by the ICB and a hybrid working option.

The post is full-time.

The successful candidate will live by our Values and Behaviours and help to achieve the ambitions and key priorities of the ICB. You will also contribute to shaping the future across newly formed teams.

Providing effective, comprehensive, confidential, administrative and/or project business-level support on a day-to-day basis.

Being aware of work priorities and need to ensure all required deadlines are met.

Supporting teams with business requests including project-based work, collating reports and or data, supporting with meetings and events, arranging dates and venues, collating agenda items and supporting documents and papers, producing minutes and progress action logs relevant to this.

Working as an effective team member to ensure that all administrative/data/project work priorities are covered across the organisation.

Supporting the wider team working in the directorate.
