The Senior Project Manager at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a new service in the psychosis pathway across the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, and Greenwich. This position focuses on enhancing the management of depot medication, physical health checks, and annual reviews, facilitating a smooth transition of care from specialized services to primary care. The role demands strong leadership and project management abilities, as well as proficiency in healthcare finance, to oversee multiple projects and improve service delivery.

Candidates must possess experience in healthcare settings and demonstrate effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with various stakeholders, including clinicians and patients. The position aims to enhance service capacity and promote transformative changes within busy psychosis teams, making it a critical opportunity for experienced project managers looking to make a significant impact in mental health services.

As a Senior Project Manager, the post holder will work as part of the directorate team to implement a new service within the psychosis pathway across 3 boroughs. This is an exciting new service which will provide improve management of depot medication and physical health checks and annual reviews for people with psychosis as a step down to primary care. This in turn will enable increase capacity and opportunities for service improvement in our busy psychosis teams. There will be an expectation to support the development of new pathways and service provision within the psychosis pathway.

Project Management of multiple projects and programmes
Communication with senior Health and Social Care staff
Service improvement, development and transformation
Understanding of healthcare finance, job descriptions recruitment and governance processes

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement new services within the psychosis pathway across three busy South London Boroughs - Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich.

This will require experience of working within healthcare, communication, influencing and negotiation with a range of stakeholders including clinicians, residents and patients.

Strong leadership and project management skills to enable the prioritisation of multiple projects and programmes to ensure all are delivered on time.
