Brainkind is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist for its expanding Brain Injury Linkworker (BIL) Service, which operates within prison and probation settings across England and Wales. This remote role involves supervising linkworkers who provide neurorehabilitation services to individuals with acquired brain injuries, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions. The position requires collaboration with a consultant clinical neuropsychologist and the BIL project manager to maintain service quality, as well as involvement in brain injury awareness training for HMPPS staff and participation in relevant audit and research projects.

Key responsibilities include providing specialist psychological supervision, formulating and implementing intervention plans, setting measurable goals for service users, and contributing to multidisciplinary discussions regarding therapeutic strategies. The Senior Clinical Psychologist will also oversee clinical record-keeping in adherence to Brainkind's standards and national healthcare regulations, playing a vital role in enhancing the accessibility and effectiveness of brain injury rehabilitation services.
