The Ridings Medical Group is looking to recruit a newly qualified salaried GP to join our growing multi-disciplinary team. The post has been created via the ARRS PCN funding design and is an excellent opportunity for a new GP to join an established and experienced team.
This post is seen as a perfect opportunity to those new to starting life as a GP. It includes a dedicated mentor along with a reduced and controlled workload to allow the successful candidate time and support to develop as a fully qualified GP.
The Ridings Medical Group is a large training practice acting as a single PCN (River and Wolds PCN); it now looks after 48,000 patients. We operate across five sites giving us flexible working and a strong, diverse, clinical team. Anyone with enthusiasm, interests in teaching, the desire to progress their own development is very welcome to apply.
The working hours for this post would be 20-40 hours (4-8 clinical sessions) per week.
NB in keeping with the PCN ARRS guidelines, this is currently an offer for a fixed term post with funding available until March 25 but it is anticipated this funding will continue after this date allowing review for continuing post.
