The role of Research Assistant at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting a funded research initiative aimed at addressing mental health issues, specifically disordered eating among young populations in Bradford. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior researchers, schools, and young people to implement assessments, surveys, and a curriculum-centered research program. Responsibilities include participant recruitment, project setup—all while ensuring adherence to ethical and governance standards—alongside contributing to report writing and managing their own workload effectively.

The position offers opportunities to develop research skills in various methodologies and requires the assistant to maintain accurate records and communication with stakeholders, including families and schools.
