The Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Senior Nurse for a full-time position within a 24-bed inpatient unit focused on rehabilitation and end-of-life care in Norwich. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care while fostering excellent communication and teamwork. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating care standards, advocating for patients, contributing to clinical research, and liaising with various agencies to enhance patient outcomes.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Senior Nurse will play a vital leadership role, supporting the Ward Manager in managing resources, staff mentorship, recruitment, and maintaining a positive work environment. The position emphasises professional development, with an expectation to participate in education and training initiatives for nursing staff.
