The role of Onsite Clinical Pharmacist IP at St Bartholomew's Practice in Oxford focuses on providing pharmaceutical care and support within a general practice setting. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months of experience in primary care and possess relevant qualifications, including GPHC registration and an independent prescribing qualification. Responsibilities encompass resolving medication-related queries, conducting medication reviews, advising on medicines optimisation, and facilitating better access to healthcare for patients. Additionally, the pharmacist will work closely with the practice team to enhance patient outcomes through clinical leadership and education.

The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the pharmacist will interact with both patients and other clinicians. Familiarity with EMIS or System 1 is preferred, and candidates should be open to participating in the CPPE Primary Care pathway if not already enrolled.
