The Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant Practitioner for its new Therapeutic Interventions for Distressing Unusual Experiences Service (TIDES) in Norwich, aimed at supporting young people at risk of developing psychosis. This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions and support to young individuals and their families. The Assistant Practitioner will have a holistic approach to mental health care, assisting service users in developing daily living and social skills while managing a small caseload. Responsibilities include ongoing assessments, care planning, and collaboration with registered professionals within the Care Programme Approach.

This position offers flexibility in work locations across Norfolk & Waveney and requires the post holder to drive to various sites. The role mandates some weekend and bank holiday work, with comprehensive support and training provided.
