The Team Manager position within the Gateshead Psychiatric Liaison Team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital offers a full-time role with flexible working hours options. The manager will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective care for patients while overseeing the performance and quality of the team's services. Key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day operations, facilitating staff recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training. The role also entails supporting team engagement, managing performance and wellbeing, and addressing grievances or disciplinary matters.

The Team Manager will foster positive working relationships with various stakeholders, lead team communications, and guide the team through serious incidents and debriefing processes.
