Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Senior Rotational Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic teams. The role offers a diverse range of rotational opportunities within Band 6, allowing the candidate to gain experience across various settings, including Paediatrics, A&E, frailty assessment, inpatient wards, and specialized rehabilitation areas. The position involves a 6-month rotation through different teams, with an emphasis on developing clinical and leadership skills, as well as engagement in innovative practices and service development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating their own caseload of patients, supervising less experienced staff and students, and contributing to multidisciplinary team efforts. Additionally, they will participate in training, departmental audits, and service development activities while supporting their own continuous professional development. Flexibility is required, as the role includes participation in weekend and evening on-call services to ensure the provision of comprehensive care across a 7-day service model.
