The Quality Improvement (QI) Facilitator role at SECamb in Crawley is a 6-month full-time secondment position, offering a salary between £35,392 and £42,618 per annum. The facilitator will play a key role in leading and supporting various QI projects across the organisation, specifically focusing on enhancing service provision and outcomes for both staff and patients. This includes driving the Trust's continuous improvement approach, ensuring that the principles of quality and QI are effectively communicated and adopted throughout the organisation.

In this role, the post holder will collaborate with operational unit and corporate staff to build QI capacity, guide the utilisation of the DMAIC process, and leverage data to inform improvement strategies. The facilitator will engage with a range of stakeholders, monitor the progress of projects, identify risks, and contribute to the prioritisation of improvement efforts using both digital tools and human-centered design principles. The position requires effective teamwork and expertise in QI methodologies to foster positive, sustainable improvements within the organisation.
