Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Lead Advanced Clinical Practitioner to oversee the Advanced Clinical Practitioner team within their Community Health Services. This role involves both clinical and operational leadership, reporting to the Head of Service for Advanced Practice, and managing a dynamic team across several community hospitals which provide essential sub-acute and rehabilitation services in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. The position includes a clinical workload of 60% and responsibilities in leadership, education, audit, and research making up the remaining 40%, aligning with the four pillars of advanced clinical practice.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Responsible Clinician, Consultant, and ward teams, ensuring effective staffing, rostering, recruitment, and deployment while promoting a positive team environment in line with Trust values. Additionally, the role involves handling concerns and complaints, participating in the CHS silver on-call rota, and contributing to the ongoing development of the service.
