HCRG Care Group is seeking a Facilities Manager - Soft Services for their team in Bath, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Facilities Management across various community sites. In this role, you will report to the Regional Property & Facilities Manager and ensure high standards of service delivery in Catering, Cleaning, and Portering, while also maintaining health and safety compliance and supporting sustainability initiatives. The position involves managing a team, auditing soft services, overseeing contract management, and fostering good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to enhance patient experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Facilities Management, with a strong understanding of relevant health and safety regulations and NHS standards. The role requires effective budget management, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach. This hybrid position allows for flexible scheduling to engage with stakeholders and conduct site visits, complemented by remote administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
