The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Nurse to join their anticoagulation specialist team in Gorleston-on-Sea. This role, which can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis, involves providing a Nurse Led Anticoagulation Service, offering prescribing and advisory support for both oral and parenteral anticoagulants to inpatients and outpatients. The successful candidate will also provide guidance on anticoagulation therapy and thromboprophylaxis to colleagues, contributing significantly to the care of a population of around 230,000 in the Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, and Waveney areas.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse to join our small anticoagulation specialist team, working full-time or part-time hoursThe James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust serves a population of around 230,000 people in the Great Yarmouth Lowestoft and Waveney areas.
This is a key role carrying a level of responsibility along with a demanding workload and great opportunity. The successful candidate will:
- Provide a Nurse Led Anticoagulation Service offering advice and expertise within the area of anticoagulation.
- To provide a prescribing and advisory service for all oral and parenteral anticoagulants for inpatients and outpatients
- To provide advice on all areas of anticoagulation therapy to colleagues and clients
