The Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (PD Lead) for Adult Community Services in Braintree, with a 1 WTE vacancy split into two 0.5 WTE roles. The positions welcome newly qualified applicants, offering a potential pathway from Band 7 to 8A through a preceptorship. The ideal candidate should be interested in developing expertise in psychological interventions, particularly Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for the PD lead role, and will receive a training budget of up to £6,000 after a successful probation period.

Responsibilities include delivering specialist evidence-based interventions, participating in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, and managing complex cases involving emotional dysregulation and trauma.
